You can order a KHS Bike direct from us on our website. If you have questions or would like to talk to us before ordering please contact us. We love discussing our bikes!

On receipt of you order we will contact you to confirm stock or agree a pre-order confirmation and arrange payment or deposit by credit/debit card, cheque, Moneyway finance application or any Cycle to Work scheme including Cyclescheme, Halfords and Ride2Work.

We will confirm your bike size and suspension settings by checking your body statistics and ride style. For further information please see our bike sizing advice section for more detail.

We will agree a delivery date with you at the time of taking payment. We are also able to arrange delivery before noon and Saturday deliveries at extra cost. Please contact us for further details and costs.

Your bike arrives in a big, highly protective box, ready to go riding except for bar straightening and pedal fitting. We send you allen keys, pedal spanner and picture based UK prepared assembly instructions to do this.

You must love your bike. We run a no grief return policy if you are not completely happy. Stick it back in the box new and unused and we will collect and arrange a refund less £30.00 carriage and collect fee. Please believe us when we say that our bikes do not tend to get returned, instead we get emails from happy customers after their first ride! For more information please see our Returns Policy and procedure.

KHS Bicycles and frames sold in UK come with the benefit of UK Warranty support and complete after sales back up for KHS spares, servicing and advice. KHS Bicycles frames are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from date of purchase for the original owner, subject to the usual terms set out in the full warranty. All the components come with the manufacturers warranty, eg Shimano or Sram, which is generally one year. We tend to hold a stock of frames/bikes so that in the unlikely event of a warranty issue it can be managed efficiently here in the UK to get you back on the trails as quickly as possible. For more information please see our Warranty Policy and procedure. We are pleased to say that we are not kept busy with warranty issues but, if you have concerns, get in touch with us right away. We do consider crash replacement, but do this on a case by case basis.

We have done everything we can to make sure our 2012 bikes are some of the best deals on the market through using the direct model and removing dealer margins so you save money, especially if you compare us to 2012 bikes from other brands (and you should). We had to make a decision about how best to get out bikes to riders for the right price. The bike shops are overstocked with overpriced bikes and we just think that riders need an alternative. Why should it be so expensive now to go riding? The direct model works for us (and has done since 2008) as we make sure our buyers get the right bike in the right size and that it’s set up as well as a team bike. You need to be sure it works for you too. If its your first ever mountain or road bike you might be best served by a shop. Most of our buyers know what they what, know that the price is crazy and know that they can fit some pedals without ripping out the cranks threads.
