• Afan MTB demo centre – We want to give riders permanent access to our bikes on good trails. We are pleased to have joined forces with Afan Valley MTB. Their hire centre is next to the Wall Trail at Bryn Bettws lodge. You can demo one of our bikes, do a skills development course or holiday on a selection of our bikes on guided routes beyond the confines of the Afan trail centres. One off demo events will include the Dalby World Cup on April 23-25th
• 2010 bikes/2009 deals – You can see 2010 images on our Flickr. The award winning XC604 2010 will be available from January 2010. It’s lighter (1.4lbs), better spec’d with manitou forks, xt rear mech, hayes brakes and in silver. Best of all, its £849.99 £50 reduction on 2009) on your debit card. We have managed to get our hands on some 2009 bikes, so contact us if you like the sound of an MBR test winner, the XCT555 at 999.99 (was 1199). We have some great 2010 hardtails coming in April that trump the market on price/weight/spec/ride, prices between £549 – £699. • LONDON CYCLE SHOW ROAD RANGE – You may have come to the site because you saw one of our bikes at the Cycleshow. We launched our road / urban range in the UK at the show to celebrate 30 years of working with Reynolds tubing. All the bikes we displayed were 2010 bikes that will arrive over the coming months. If you need one desperately, we are doing special orders from our California base, so contact us to get the ball rolling. If you need more spec/sizing info, most of the models can be seen in our 2009 range on the USA Site. Our 2010 road/urban bikes, prices and dealer network can be seen at this address on our revamped site in the next couple of months. • Frame prices – If your finances don’t stretch to a bike this year, our frames are a perfect start to the ultimate custom build or a recycling of your favourite components. We have put up a download of our frame kit prices on the Bikes page. The frames include the same shock as our bikes, Cane Creek zero stack semi integrated headsets (fully integrated on XC904) and alloy seat clamps in the kit price. All include free delivery.
• Cyclescheme and finance options – We are now registered with Cyclescheme for bike to work tax reductions. If you are employed and want a bike it is easy to get your employer registered with Cyclescheme. We are arranging finance options through Black Horse, who have loads of experience with financing bike purchases. As always, our various finance options are subject to status and terms and conditions, but let us know if you would like to use Black Horse to get yourself on a KHS.
